Madhya Pradesh: Congress leaders and workers removed from the lawsuit filed in BJP government
The Congress government, which returned to power after 15 years in Madhya Pradesh, will withdraw political cases recorded on its workers. State Law and Legislative Affairs Minister PC Sharma said that a large number of cases were registered on Congress leaders, workers and government employees who were agitating in the BJP government. To get them back, a proposal will soon be sent to Chief Minister Kamal Nath.
Kamalnath is a gift of this new year for the Congressmen. Law Minister PC Sharma said that he will soon prepare a proposal by meeting with the chief secretary of his department about the politically filed cases filed by the BJP government. This proposal will be sent to the Chief Minister for approval.
Sharma said that the cases registered against union leaders of the government employees who have been agitating for their demands will also be withdrawn. He also said that proposal to withdraw cases registered on journalists will also be prepared. The government will soon make a law for the protection of journalists. The Congress has also pledged its promise in its own letter.
Law Minister Sharma said on the law of hanging in Rape that curbing women crimes would be the priority of the Congress government. Fast track arrangements will be made for quick hearing of crimes against women. He said that necessary steps would be taken to recruit the executioners in the state. Explain that Chief Minister Kamal Nath distributed the departments between his 28 ministers on Friday night after a four-day march. Ministers reached the Ministry on Saturday and took charge of their work.
