Israeli Prime Miner Benjamin Netanyahu has informed families of hostages in Gaza that Israel has accepted a new ceasefire proposal presented US President Donald Trump’s Middle East envoy, Steve Witkoff, news agency Reuters reported citing Israeli media reports on Thursday.
The Palestinian militant group Hamas said it had received the proposal from mediators and was currently reviewing it.
