Man purchases a Sony TV from Flipkart, ends up receiving this | Trending

X user Aryan took to the microblogging platform to share his experience with Flipkart. In the tweets that have gone viral, Aryan claims he ordered a Sony TV from the e-commerce platform but ended up receiving something else. (X/@Aryan ) “I had purchased a Sony TV from @Flipkart on 7th Oct, delivered on 10th Oct, and the Sony installation guy came on 11th Oct, he unboxed the TV himself, and we were shocked to see a Thomson TV inside the Sony box that too with no accessories like stand, remote, etc.” He further added, “I had raised this issue instantly with Flipkart customer care and they asked me to upload images of the TV, I have uploaded images as instructed, still they asked me two or three times to upload images, and I have uploaded as asked. Even after two weeks of my return request.” At the end of his tweets, he shared that Flipkart has not yet processed his request. The e-commerce website first gave him the resolution date of October 24, which was later extended to November 1. However, on his account, the issue shows that it has been resolved but Aryan claims that even his return request was not processed.
