Manchester United’s Jadon Sancho to train away from first team group due to disciplinary issue | Football News

Jadon Sancho will remain on a personal training programme away from the first-team group, pending resolution of a squad discipline issue, Manchester United announced on Thursday.
Earlier this week, the winger had deleted his social media post in which he claimed he was being made a “scapegoat.”
This was after manager Erik ten Hag, after the Arsenal game, had said that Sancho was dropped for the Premier League game because of below-par displays in training, sparking an angry reaction from the England star.

The development had come after reported showdown talks between Sancho and Ten Hag and the 23-year-old’s decision is being viewed as a positive outcome.

Aafter United were beaten Arsenal a few weeks ago, Ten Hag had said that Sancho was left out because of “his performances in training.”
“You have to reach a level every day at Manchester United and we can make choices in the front line,” Ten Hag had said.
