Journal Desiree Townsend, who has been covering McConnell’s hospitalization at the George Washington Hospital in Washington DC, caught McConnell’s press secretary Stephanie Penn at a mall this afternoon.Penn stayed tight-lipped – revealing no details about the Senator’s health.
