A school teacher in Madhya Pradesh was suspended after he attended Congress MP Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra. Rajesh Kannoje, a teacher at a government elementary school in the state’s Kanasya drict, had sought leave citing unspecificed ‘crucial work’ but was found out after he posted photographs on social media of him at the yatra, news agency PTI said.Kannoje – an educator in the BJP state government’s tribal affairs department – was suspended for breaking norms governing professional conduct and going to a political gathering.
