India vs Australia Live Score, 5th T20: India will take on Australia in the fifth T20I at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Sunday. The Suryakumar Yadav-led side has already won the series 3-1 winning the 4th T20I in Raipur.Though on paper it might look like a dead rubber, with the World Cup less than seven months away both teams will look at their bench strengths and try different combinations which they may need in the World Cup.
Washington Sundar would be a big talking point from India’s perspective as he has been picked for the white-ball leg in South Africa as well. With the team lacking an off-spinner, Sundar will provide that option and also flexibility with the bat down the order.
In addition to Sundar, with the quality of batters that are coming through, and the ones who are not playing at the moment, there will be pressure on Shreyas Iyer to contribute.
In the series apart from the Raipur game, the pitches have been good for batting. Bengaluru is another ground where batters have enjoyed horically so we can expect another high-scoring game on the cards.
