Police commissioner system will be effective: Shivraj
Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the police commissioner system has been implemented in two metros of the state, Bhopal and Indore. The growing metropolitan cities have different types of law and order problems. I am sure this system will prove to be effective and helpful. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan was discussing with the media representatives after planting saplings in the Smart City.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that stopping the third wave of Corona is everyone’s concern. While making necessary efforts to prevent this, Covid friendly behaviour should be followed. Efforts are being made for this together with the public. Crisis Management Committees have become active again. The state government is also making all necessary arrangements.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that positive cases are coming every day, but there is no situation of worry right now. Cases start coming in large numbers as a result of carelessness, which gradually take the form of a wave. Our first priority is that the third wave of corona does not come in the state, yet our preparations are going on.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that all the ministers in charge are looking after the arrangements in the hospitals in their respective districts. All necessary preparations are being made for oxygen plants, oxygen lines, concentrators, ventilators, hospital beds, children’s wards, medicines etc. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan has appealed to the people to cooperate in minimizing the chances of third wave by following Corona friendly behaviour.
