On its 33rd day in cinema halls on Tuesday, January 6, Dhurandhar recorded an India nett collection of Rs 4.75 crore, taking its total domestic earnings to Rs 781.75 crore, according to industry tracker Sacnilk. Now, the spy actioner is all set to smash a major record set director SS Rajamouli’s RRR (2022), starring NT Rama Rao Jr, Ram Charan, and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles, thus becoming one of the biggest Indian blockbusters of all time.
The movie’s worldwide gross after Monday stood at Rs 1,214.4 crore, just Rs 15.6 crore shy of RRR’s Rs 1,230 crore. Once it surpasses this milestone, Dhurandhar will become the fourth-highest-grossing Indian film of all time, behind Pushpa 2: The Rule (2024), which earned Rs 1,742.1 crore.Story continues below this ad

Dhurandhar might witness some competition after the release of Jana Nayagan and The Raja Saab on January 9. However, in Bollywood, Dhurandhar will not experience any major clashes until the release of Border 2 on January 23.
