A shooting in the parking lot of an Advanced Auto Parts store in Georgia’s Augusta city in the US, left one juvenile dead and three others injured on Monday, authorities said.ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW VIDEO
According to a statement posted on Facebook the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office on August 3, deputies responded to the scene at Meadowbrook Drive and Deans Bridge Road around 5.15 pm local time.
Upon arrival, officers found four juveniles suffering from gunshot wounds. One was pronounced dead at the scene.

Of the three others who were taken to near hospitals, one is in critical condition while two are reported to be in stable condition, according to the sheriff’s office.
According to the statement, Richmond County Coroner Mark Bowen also responded to the scene.
The crime scene covered a wide area, prompting the sheriff’s office to deploy additional personnel. Units from the Crime Suppression Team, K9 squads, and the SWAT Team were mobilised to ass in locating those responsible. The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office Drone Team also aided in the search through the Meadowbrook neighbourhood.
“Investigators are still currently on scene and interviewing individuals at this time,” read the statement the Sheriff’s Office. “This incident is still in its early stages of investigation and no further information will be released at this time,” it added.Story continues below this ad
