Tamannaah Bhatia gracefully gives it back to reporter who slid in a veiled question about her split with Vijay Varma. Watch | Bollywood News

Tamannaah Bhatia is in no mood to address questions on her love life, not even indirectly. The actor gave it back to a reporter who indirectly brought up her split with Vijay Varma at a promotional event of her upcoming Telugu supernatural thriller Odela 2 in Mumbai. She didn’t loose her cool on the stage, but didn’t let the reporter get away with his question either.
Tamannaah plays the supernatural character of Shiva Shakthi in the film. So a reporter asked her a question in that vein, “Aisi koi personality hai jiske upar aap tantra mantra ki vidya se uske upar Vijay haasil karna chahti hai? (Is there any such personality over whom you want to achieve victory with the knowledge of Tantra Mantra?)” Tamannaah, who kept grinning at the question, didn’t drop her smile at the mention of ‘Vijay.’ But she was quick to respond.
“Yeh to aap pe hi karna padega. Fir saare paparazzi mere mutthi mein hoga. (I’ll have to apply it on you only. Then all the paparazzi will be under my control). What do you say? Karle? Sir pe hi karle? (Shall we do it on sir only?). Then all the paparazzi will be lening to whatever I say,” clapped back Tamannaah.

“For me, what really worked was the programmes I took up at the Isha Yoga Centre (Sadhguru’s spirtual centre in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu). They have changed my life with all the meditation techniques, sadhana etc. In fact, I am the happiest and most joyful I’ve ever been in my life, and that is my achievement. It isn’t like I am happy only if certain things happen. Now, I am happy even if those things are not happening,” she said on the Permit Room channel.
Tamannaah’s Odela 2 is directed Ashok Teja. It’s the sequel to Odela Railway Station, which released in 2022. The film is slated to release in cinemas on April 17. Tamannaah will also be seen in a special dance number that she’s filmed for Raj Kumar Gupta’s investigative thriller Raid 2, slated to release in cinemas on May 1.
