Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja getting married? See what has been finalised so far
Buzz is that Bollywood is gearing up for another big fat wedding – Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja’s. The two have been painting the town red for a while now, and although Sonam has not admitted to being in a relationship with Anand, their public displays of affection are proof enough.
While there were reports that the lovebirds will tie the knot in Jodhpur, that is not the case. Mumbai Mirror reports that Sonam and Anand are yet to zero in on a destination, although some details are already finalised. The fashionista has already chosen the designers who will put together her wedding trousseau.
Sonam has reportedly entrusted Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla with designing her wedding lehenga. When the publication got in touch with Sandeep Khosla, he said that he had not been approached by the actress yet.
It was at Akshay Kumar’s success party for Rustom that Sonam and Anand made their first public appearance. Since then, they have been inseparable. However, Sonam has always maintained that she likes to keep her personal life to herself and that she will never talk about her relationships.
On the work front, Sonam will be seen next in Pad Man, which also stars Akshay Kumar. The film, directed by R Balki, will release on February 9. She also has Rajkumar Hirani’s Sanjay Dutt biopic opposite Ranbir Kapoor in the pipeline.
Apart from that, her home production, Veere Di Wedding, which will also feature Sonam in a leading role along with Kareena Kapoor Khan, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania, will hit the theatres on June 1 this year.
