Users in several other states, including Florida, Ohio, Maine, Wyoming and Alabama, also reported issues.One user wrote, “Burlington, NC – can’t call out or answer incoming calls.”Another reported, “Issues in the Hickory/Metro area of NC for mobile. calls, texts, etc.”A third customer added, “Anyone having issues with Spectrum Mobile in Upstate SC?”Another user reported, “In central FL and cannot make or receive calls. Mobile data works fine off wifi as well, wifi calling is turned on and it still doesn’t work.”One user wrote, “Inbound/Outbound calling is down here in Kissimmee FL. Mobile data is working and texting between other iphones is working.”One more frustrated customer reported, “I tried contacting spectrum about this issue and I’ve been on the phone almost an hour. It’s the same if you try and chat with support on the website. It says its an over an hour wait time. I’m in Twinsburg, Ohio.”
