A Chrmas celebration in Sainte-Anne, Guadeloupe, turned tragic when a car rammed into a crowd preparing for festive events, claiming the lives of 10 and injuring nine others. Guadeloupe is a French territory region in Caribbean Sea.
The incident took place on Friday at the Schoelcher Square, located opposite the town hall and church, where the final preparations of the event were underway, according to local broadcaster Radio Caraibes Internationale (RCI).
