Royal Challengers Bangalore lifted their first Indian Premier League trophy on Tuesday, and celebrities joined in on the celebrations. Several actors, like Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Ajay Devgn, and Kartik Aaryan, shared their reactions after RCB’s maiden IPL title success. The stars also hailed Virat Kohli for the long-awaited victory.RCB defeated Punjab Kings (PBKS) in the final of the 18th season. Aamir Khan made a rare appearance in the commentary box during the IPL 2025 final at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. He was joined former cricketer Suresh Raina and actor-politician Ravi Kishan. When the actor was asked to name the cricket equivalent of Bollywood’s ‘perfection’, he said, “I used to call Sachin Tendulkar a perfection. I feel that Virat Kohli and Jasprit Bumrah are perfections. What a bowler he is.”

After RCB’s win, Ranveer Singh shared a photo of Virat and AB de Villiers, and wrote, “This is everything.” He also posted a video of Virat getting emotional on field, he said, “One club player”. Ajay Devgn took to his Instagram stories to share a poster of the team, and wrote, “Been watching and cheering for years…finally RCB has made hory. Congratulations @virat.kohli and the entire team @royalchallengers.bengaluru.”

Sharing a post RCB, actor Arjun Kapoor wrote, “Grit resilience perseverance loyalty faith belief and hardwork…Everything that happened over 18 years seen worth it for this moment!!! Congratulations to virat.kohli and @royalchallengers.bengaluru 18 for the win (trophy and salute face emojis).”

Pushpa star Allu Arjun shared a video of his interaction with his son Ayaan, who got very emotional after RCB’s win. Sharing son Ayaan’s clip, Allu Arjun wrote, “Ee sala cup namde! Horic win. RCB. Congratulations.” He also posted a video in which Ayaan said, “I love Kohli.” Holding Ayaan’s face, Arjun said, “Your face is glowing.” A smiling Ayaan added, “I like him so much. I got into cricket because of Kohli.” In the video, Ayaan was also seen lying on the floor in front of the television as Virat hugged his wife-actor Anushka Sharma. Ayaan also poured water on himself, bowed and then screamed, “Finally. 18 years.” Sharing the video, he wrote, “Ayaan getting super emotional. #viratkohli fan boy moment. Vicky Kaushal wrote on his Instagram Stories, “18 (emotional face, red heart and trophy emojis).” In an other post, Vicky shared a picture collage of Virat, and wrote, “To the man who’s given everything to the sport…this was long due! @virat.kohli #18.” He also shared a RCB team poster and congratulated them.
