Virat Kohli scores first duck in ODI World Cup career in match against England | Cricket-world-cup News
Virat Kohli was dismissed for a duck for the first time in the ODI World Cup hory when he was caught Ben Stokes off David Willey’s delivery in the match between India vs England at Lucknow on Sunday.
Kohli whose lowest score thus far in the hory of the 50-over extravaganza was 1, picked up the unwanted record when he tried the charge down the pitch to the seamer and perished.
After 8 dot balls, he tried to open the account with that move. He usually attempts that shot after settling in but on Sunday, he tried against Willey and couldn’t clear mid-off.
