Kishan closed the Asia Cup with 143 runs in his kitty that included a highest score of 82 against Pakan in the middle order during the group stage fixture in Pallekele that was washed out following India’s batting in the first innings.
Kohli on the other hand, scored his 77th international hundred in the next India-Pakan fixture during the Super 4 stage.
India next play Australia in a three-match ODI series starting Friday, September 22 in Mohali.
