Watch: Steve Smith grabs a one-handed screamer in County Championship
Steve Smith might be struggling with the bat for Sussex in the County Championship, but he hogged highlight in the field a one-handed screamer.
On day four of Sussex’s draw against Leicestershire, Smith took a stunning one-handed catch at second slip to remove Rehan Ahmed for 9 in the second innings.
Smith scored 3 (14) in his only knock against Leicestershire, trapped LBW seamer Wiaan Mulder with a delivery that slid past the right-hander’s inside edge.

The match was ended in a draw after centuries from Rishi Patel (100) and from Wiaan Mulder (102 not out), kept Sussex at bay.
Smith has signed for Sussex to play three matches in order to prepare himself for the World Test Championship (WTC) final against India, and followed five-match Ashes series.
Batting first, Sussex rode on Tom Alsop (182), Cheteshwar Pujara (77) and JM Coles (70) put on 430 in their first innings.
In reply, Leicestershire was bowled out for 270 and Sussex enforced the follow on.
Leicestershire in their second essay were 295 for 6.
