However, no rain is expected later on in the evening when the temperatures will dip below 19 degrees Celsius as the skies are predicted to remain clear, according to Accuweather.com.
What happens if the rain washes out the fixture?
In case of a washout, both teams split one point each. This will mean PBKS will have 16 points from 12 matches while Delhi Capitals will also have 14 from the same number of matches. If the match goes on as scheduled, it’ll still have 60 minutes buffer time before overs are reduced.
