Chia seeds are full of fibre, which helps keep the stomach healthy. If you struggle with constipation, eating chia seeds daily can help regulate your bowel movements. However, if you don’t drink enough water, they might cause bloating.
More energy
Chia seeds provide a slow release of energy, keeping you active throughout the day. They contain protein, healthy fats, and carbohydrates, which help maintain energy levels.

Healthy heart
Chia seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are good for the heart. Regular consumption can help lower bad cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease.
