Investigators said the altercation began when Lee allegedly hurled “rac remarks” at Noam Shimon Rosenberg, 37, an Israeli passenger who was also bound for Cebu, according to Tempo. According to Rosenberg, he overheard Lee saying: “Jew’s ba killer… Hitler was right, too bad Hitler didn’t finish killing the Jews,” as per Tempo.Enraged, Rosenberg allegedly kicked Lee’s trolley bag and struck him, damaging a marble table near a food stall in the process.Following the fight, the American can be seen in the footage saying: “You proved my point; you’re going to jail; you attacked me,” before he called the Israeli man a “piece of s***,” according to The Jerusalem Post.Lee, however, claimed that Rosenberg was the aggressor.
