CM grieved over demise of Singh

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has expressed grief over the demise of Charanjit Singh, who was the captain of the Indian Hockey team that won gold medal in the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. Chouhan has said that today the country has lost a legend in the form of Charanjit Singh. Indian hockey has suffered an irreparable loss due to his death.

Late Singh has rendered commendable service to the nation with his sport and by training the youth. He will always be remembered for his brilliant game and humility.
