“Rural cum Agricultural Development”

Since past years there has been a effort to reconstruct the rural India and rural sector of economy.Development of village where people can use natural resources and their beauty for development.Development through using modern techniques without breaking theold foundation of country.Many projects are launched by government like infrastructure facilities,water conservation projects for better irrigation,canals are also formed.

Basically rural development means assisting the people to improve their way of life to meet the equity and justice.In the early fifties’ many programs was launched but they aren’t successful.So the government felt the need of redirect the development programme’s for the backward and weaker section of society for economic equity and justice.Many programme’s are adopted by the Ministry of Rural Areas and Employment through wide range of programmes like-
Clear cut agriculture development strategies,Animal husbandry,Dairy and Fishery development,Rural development,Irrigation,small industries’ development,employment manpower planning and other policy.
