‘All rise for the king’: Twitter reacts as Virat Kohli dishes out his 6th IPL century
Virat Kohli on Thursday went berserk as he brought up his sixth Indian Premier League (IPL) ton, first of the 2023 edition, and helped his side reger an emphatic 8-wicket victory over the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH).
In dishing out his magnificent hundred, Kohli was all class as he hit four maximums and 12 fours in his 63-ball knock.
Initiating the action with two knocks over the ropes off of Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Kohli then slammed spinner Abhishek Sharma for two additional boundaries. As 18 runs came off the fourth over, Kohli then struck a beautiful shot at deep extra cover for another four. With another six from Bhuvneshwar, Kohli finished his century.
