BCCI set to release 14,000 more tickets for India vs Pakan encounter on Oct 14 | Cricket News

With India finally taking the field in the World Cup on Sunday in their opening match against Australia, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Saturday gave fans something else to cheer about.
The BCCI announced that the board will be releasing 14,000 more tickets for the high voltage India Pakan League encounter scheduled on October 14 from the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
“The BCCI announces the release of 14,000 tickets for the highly anticipated India v. Pakan match to be held on October 14, 2023, at Ahmedabad. The sale of tickets for the match will commence from 12 PM onwards on October 8th, 2023. Fans can purchase tickets visiting the official ticketing website at https://tickets.cricketworldcup.com,” the release the board stated.

This is not the first time that the BCCI was releasing additional tickets for the extravaganza as last month, they had released approximately 400,000 more tickets.Most Read

The India Pakan encounter is the most anticipated match of this World Cup and the BCCI will hope that the stands are packed for it. With the opener between England and New Zealand drawing in a considerable less amount of fans than anticipated, BCCI have now put all its might behind the IND vs PAK spectacle.
The first 4 matches of the month-long tournament is already done with the aforementioned New Zealand- England encounter, Pakan vs Netherlands, Bangladesh vs Afghanan and South Africa vs Sri Lanka already in the hory books.
The tournament which started on October 5 will end on October 19 with the final match at the Narendra Modi Stadium.
