Their presence is being told that the Ganga water project and Namami Ganga project are being run with the help of Japan. That’s why the ambassador has been invited.
Only 14 VVIPs allowed

Forty thousand chairs

There are five safe houses for the prime minister, the chief minister, the governor, the deputy CM and an ambassador. They are equipped with sofas, restrooms, etc. In the event of night, there are 350 LED lights and 11 large generators for the meeting place. Chairs have been floated from Delhi to accommodate other leaders including the Prime Minister on the stage. There will be equal chair for everyone to sit on stage.
