Baaghi 4 Movie Release Date: Tiger Shroff starrer upcoming action entertainer is set to hit the theatres worldwide, on September 5 (tomorrow). Also starring Sanjay Dutt, Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu, and Sonam Bajwa in the lead roles, it is the highly-anticipated fourth installment of the Baaghi franchise. With strong advance booking numbers already, the film is expected to lock in better numbers than its previous installments. Baaghi 4 will clash at the theatres with Vivek Agnihotri’s The Bengal Files and Sidharth Malhotra-Janhvi Kapoor starrer Param Sundari.

Baaghi 4 has been produced Sajid Nadiadwala. While there has been no official confirmation the makers, reports suggested that the film has been made on the budget of Rs 200 crore. The average cost per ticket in the regions of Delhi NCR is Rs 500. The multiplexes have spiked their prices – ranging from Rs 800 to Rs 1200. Moreover, even in Mumbai, BookMyShow has set the minimum baseline for Baaghi 4 tickets at Rs 400. Despite the high ticket prices, demand for the film remains strong. However, to increase theatre footfall, the makers collaborated with a ticket booking app, offering a 50% discount (up to Rs 150) on two tickets for the opening day.

The violent action drama might become a huge comeback for Bollywood’s action star Tiger Shroff at the box office. He only delivered a string of flops in the post-pandemic phase. The early signs of pre-sales are promising and positive. According to Sacnilk, the movie has already banked around Rs 3.21 crore gross (without block seats) and when including blocked seats, the number goes to Rs 5.85 crore, with still a day left for the film’s release.
The current trend indicates that the film will have the best advance booking for a Tiger Shroff-starrer (Ganpath, Heropanti 2) in recent times, even better than Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, which also had Akshay Kumar. It could emerge as the actor’s best opener after the pandemic, and might leave behind the previous installments of Baaghi. The highest number of Baaghi 4 tickets have been booked in the state of Maharashtra.

The film has received an ‘A’ certificate from the CBFC, due to its gruesome, blood-shedding, ultraviolent action scenes. If Baaghi 4 receives a positive word of mouth, it is expected to see a decent start at the Indian box office, predicted to collect Rs 9-11 crore net at the Indian box office. Since September 5 is a holiday for Eid-E-Milad, the film is expected to benefit with a boost through walk-in audience.
