Every student will get the stipend, the Yogi Government has decided

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh’s Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took a major decision in the high-level review meeting on Monday. Indeed, now every stipend will be given to every student of the state and the compensation for the fee will be based on merit.

The Chief Minister said that the benefit of scholarship to all the students of general, backward, scheduled caste and tribe and minority class will be given benefit. It was also decided in the meeting that for the students of all classes like SC / ST, the income limit of the family will be given to 2.5 lakh rupees. Let us know that only those students receive stipend, whose family’s annual income is up to two lakh rupees.

He said that scholarship and duty reimbursement has been restarted for the children of general category who are studying outside the state. An amount of Rs 10.35 crore has been paid to 8858 students pending with the previous government’s tenure. New students will be given stipend on January 26
