FBI Director Kash Patel’s girlfriend Alexis Wilkins sues MAGA podcaster for $ 5 million over ‘Mossad honeypot’ claim | World News

Alexis Wilkins, the girlfriend of FBI Director Kash Patel, has filed a lawsuit against Elijah Schaffer, a conservative media personality, accusing him of a “wordless” tweet that falsely implies she is an Israeli spy.According to The Noticer, which first reported the development, Wilkins filed the $5 million defamation lawsuit against podcaster Schaffer on October 28 at the US Drict Court for the Southern Drict of Florida.

The lawsuit alleged that Schaffer’s activity on X exploited Wilkins’ relationship with Patel to generate online engagement.

Wilkins seeks “compensatory, special and punitive damages in the sum of $5,000,000 or such greater amount as is determined the jury,” the report said.

27-year-old Wilkins, a country music singer, had been dating 45-year-old Patel since January 2023 after meeting at a conservative event.

Ever since his appointment as the FBI Director in February 2025, Patel and his personal life have been coming under scruteny, including many conservtives. Many social media users have claimed that Wilkins was an Israeli spy. In September, Schaffer had also reposted an X post implying the same, over which the lawsuit has been filed.

Elijah Schaffer cries foul

Responding to Wilkins’ lawsuit, in a video posted on X, Schaffer pointed out that the amount sought as damages was the same as his company’s net worth. Schaffer also alleged that it was a proxy lawsuit filed Patel himself to silence him and an attack on free speech.

Alexis Wilkins vs MAGA

Schaffer is the third person in the MAGA circles to be sued Wilkins for linking her to Israel’s Mossad. The other two are Kyle Seraphin, a former FBI agent, and Sam Paker, a MAGA influencer.

Wilkins, a Chrian, has repeatedly denied any links with Israel and pointed out that she had been dating Patel two years before he was appointed as FBI Director.

Recently, Patel had come under criticism after it emerged that he had used the FBI’s official jet for a private trip to Pennsylvania on October 24, to attend Wilkins’ national anthem performance at a Real American Freestyle wrestling event at Penn State University.

Patel defends Wilkins

Amid rising criticism from conservatives, Patel, in a recent social media post, said he would not allow any attack on his family. “The disgustingly baseless attacks against Alexis — a true patriot and the woman I’m proud to call my partner in life — are beyond pathetic,” Patel wrote.

Meanwhile, another conservative influencer has also turned on Patel and called for him to be removed as the FBI Director. Podcaster Candace Owens, who infamously claimed that French President Emmanuel Macron’s wife, Brigitte Macron, was born a man, called for Patel’s resignation. “Kash Patel has to step down. This is excruciatingly embarrassing. He’s a teenager in love representing the Federal government,” Candace said in a post on X.
