Female robot ‘Vyommitra’ will fly into space”

Minister of Science On Gaganyaan. Union Minister Jitendra Singh said at the G20 NDTV conference today that India will send a female robot ‘Vyommitra’ to the Gaganyaan mission.

Mr. Singh said the test flight into space will be carried out in the first or second week of October. Singh, Minister of Science and Technology of the Union, said in the next mission, female robot “Vyommitra” will be sent into space.

“The Gaganyaan project has been delayed due to the pandemic. We are currently planning our first test flight in the first or second week of October. Bringing the astronauts back is just as important as sending them off,” the Union Minister said.

In the second mission, there will be a female robot that will imitate all human activities. If everything goes perfectly then we can give the green light,” Singh said.

He also recounted the sense of relief they felt when the Chandrayaan-3 lander finally landed near the Moon’s south pole. Those who were very closely attached to the ISRO group became anxious. My first nervous moment was when the Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft left Earth’s orbit and headed for Moon’s orbit… The landing went smoothly,” Singh said.

He said the moon landing was a giant leap in the journey of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) and the country.
