Half of US will fall sick if Indian docs leave: CM Shivraj
BHOPAL: Chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Tuesday said that half of United States would start suffering from health problems if Indian doctors leave the country.

If Indian doctors pull out from US, half of the country would start suffering from health problems,” said the chief minister addressing the vice-chancellors of seven universities of central India at Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya. Chouhan said, “We are major contributors in building America. Indian doctors have played a big role in the USA’s health sector.”

There is a need to ponder on the methods of educating about culture”, he said referring to the 8th century theologian Adi Shankaracharya and Indian philosopher Swami Vivekanand.
Chouhan said that ancient Indian universities like Nalanda and Takshashila were renowned all over the world. He hailed PMNarendra Modi for his efforts to improve the quality of education. He said, “Considering the autonomy of universities in mind, conditions for their expansion will be created.”
