KFC launches toothpaste with fried chicken flavour, sold out in 48 hours | World News

Fast food giant KFC has teamed up with Australian dental care brand Hismile to launch an eyebrow-raising product: a limited-edition fried chicken-flavoured toothpaste.
Infused with KFC’s signature blend of 11 herbs and spices, the toothpaste was marketed as delivering the “irresible feeling” of biting into a piece of hot, juicy Original Recipe chicken—while still promising a fresh, clean mouth.
Priced at $13 and available exclusively on Hismile’s website, the toothpaste sold out within 48 hours of launch just days ago. “This has been one of our most successful limited-run collaborations to date,” Koban Jones, marketing manager at Hismile, told Fox News Digital.

“KFC-flavoured toothpaste is surprising and talkable, which drove social conversation and a quick, 48-hour sellout.”
Jones added, “We love pushing boundaries, and what better way to do that than making KFC’s iconic flavours a daily necessity? This collaboration is bold, unexpected, and seriously fun.”
Despite its novelty, the toothpaste was fluoride-free and claimed to offer “long-lasting oral health benefits.” For those who missed out, Hismile offered a $59 KFC-branded electric toothbrush featuring three cleaning modes, soft-tapered brles, and a built-in timer—touted as “the ideal combination of enjoyment and utility for the biggest smile.”
