PM Modi will lay the foundations of Ganga Expressway in Prayagraj during Kumbh
Kumbhnagar Yogi Adityanath, who made a record of cabinet meeting outside Lucknow, approved the Ganga Expressway from Meerut to Prayagraj in Prayagraj. Now its foundation is preparing to keep Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the hands of Kumbh.
Prayagraj is preparing to keep the cornerstone of the world’s largest Ganga Expressway in the hands of the Prime Minister. Its foundation stone will be laid in Prayagraj itself. The preparations are going on during the Kumbha program of Prime Minister. This expressway will be rejuvenated by about two and a half hundred villages, from which it will pass. Employment opportunities will also increase with development. The convenience of the traffic will also increase.
In the Kumbh Mela field, on Tuesday the cabinet meeting got the theoretical approval for the creation of Ganga Expressway. About 600 kms long expressway will pass through 250 villages between Meerut and Prayagraj. With the help of Bulandshahr, Badayun, Amroha, Shahjahanpur, Farrukhabad, Hardoi, Kannauj, Unnao, Rae Bareli and Pratapgarh, join the Phaphmau Six Lane Bridge in Prayagraj. Most of the expressways will be from Badayun, Farrukhabad and Rae Bareli. It will be constructed on 5656 hectares of these villages. For the expressway of approximately 36 thousand crore, eight railway overbridge and 18 flyovers will be built.
Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya said that roads are an integral part of the development of any country. Center and state government are focusing more on roads for traffic. In view of Prayagraj Kumbh, 164 roads, including Varanasi, Prayagraj, Mirzapur, Prayagraj-Pratapgarh, Prayagraj-Jaunpur, Prayagraj-Kausambi and Prayagraj-Rewa have been widened and strengthened.
Prayagraj-Meerut Ganga Express-They will be named
The expressway connecting the eastern end of the state to the west will be called Prayagraj-Meerut Ganga Expressway. This access control will be Green Field Express-Way. It will be Four Lane Expandable to Six Lane. After its construction, the pressure on the Delhi-Kolkata National Highways will be lowered. This expressway will be convenient for people traveling from Prayagraj and its surrounding areas to Delhi and Western Uttar Pradesh.
