Yogi said- No encounter, if needed, CBI will conduct inquiry
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is very angry in the case of murder of Vivek Tiwari, a private company’s area manager late last night in the capital of the province. They have instructed strict action in this matter.
On the incident of killing of Vivek Tiwari in Lucknow, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has said that it is not an encounter. If necessary, CBI will also conduct a probe. At first, those who were found guilty, two of them have been arrested.
Yogesh Vivek Tiwari, a car rider who was killed near Gopalganj police station, was killed. Both of the accused arrested for the shootings have been dismissed along with the arrest. The soldiers were in Gomtinagar police station. The deceased Vivek Tiwari was employed in the company’s sales manager’s office. The injured Vivek was admitted to Lohia Hospital, where he died. In the Vivek Tiwari murder case, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ordered strict action. From Gorakhpur, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has asked DGP OP Singh to investigate the entire matter and take action. In this connection, two sepoys have been arrested and interrogation is being done.
In this case, the accused, Prashant Chaudhary, told that they tried to stop the car, but the car stopped instead of halting the policemen on the bike. In this case, the case of murder has been registered against accused policeman Prashant Chaudhary in Gomti Nagar police station.
Vivek Tiwari, resident of Sultanpur, was posted as the Area Manager in Apple Company. In the house there are his wife and two daughters. Vivek Tiwari’s ally Sana has been detained by police for maintaining distance from the media. This raises questions on the action of the police.
Case against soldiers
Additional Director General of Police Anand Kumar told that a case has been registered against two soldiers in connection with the murder of Amit Tiwari late last night in Lucknow. Strict action will be taken against both of them. Vivek Tiwari suffered severe injuries in the police firing. He died in Astal. Additional Director General of Police and law and order Anand Kumar told that till now the police investigation has come out. The mistake of both sepoys was found in it. If Vivek was not stopping, then the soldiers should have shot in the tire, should not be shot on the head.
