4 Killed on Spot in Accident in Abhanpur

Raipur: Four died on spot in Abhanpur after the car rammed into the road divider. According to reports, a group of women from Bhilai, Subhash Nagar were going to Rajim Punni Mela. While on the way the car collided with the road divider near Kendra. Out of the total 11 passengers in the MUV, 5 succumbed while 6 others including the driver are serious.
Sources reveal, one woman died while being sent to Mekhara Hospital Raipur for medical aid while the driver arrived at the hospital in critical condition. According to the police, the deceased are identified as Suchitra Kajal, Savita Das, Reena Das, Reena Chaudary and Archana Mola.
CM Bhupesh Baghel expressed grief on the demise of the devotees and extended condolences to the families of the bereaved. He also directed officials to provide better treatment facilities to the accident survivor and provide all possible financial assance to the families of the deceased.
