Burglars Target Archaeology Department, Steal Ancient Firearms, Blades, Ornaments, and Currency
Korba: In a startling incident, the museum housed within the Archeology Department beneath the Civil Line police station area of Korba fell victim to a daring theft. The drict archaeology in-charge arrived at the office in the morning only to discover the dressing news. Evidently, the burglars had skillfully broken the lock of the museum, making off with a significant collection of precious artifacts. The stolen items included ancient firearms, swords, exquisite jewelry, and a cache of horical coins.
To make matters more intriguing, the stolen pieces were reported to be part of the renowned collection belonging to Queen Dhanraj Kunwar of Korba. These valuable relics held great cultural and horical significance, deepening the blow dealt the audacious theft.
Upon receiving the dressing information, authorities from the Civil Line police station swiftly responded, arriving at the scene to initiate a thorough investigation. Archeological Officer Hari Singh promptly lodged a written complaint with the police station, ensuring that all details of the incident were documented.
