CM inaugurates auditorium and cultural centre
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated the Yogiraj Baba Gambhirnath auditorium and cultural centre constructed in Gorakhpur district at a cost of about Rs 52 crore and having a seating capacity of 1,076 people in the main auditorium and 250 in the small auditorium.
Addressing the inauguration function, the chief minister said that there had been a constant demand for auditoriums for public programmes by artists.
He said that this auditorium should be associated with public welfare and national welfare programmes as per the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The auditorium and cultural centre has been constructed by the Culture Department.
On this occasion, the chief minister also released a book of the Culture Department on the achievements of the state government in the last four years.
The chief minister said that high level facilities had been provided in this auditorium for public programmes, seminars and cultural programmes.
He said the government was providing facilities and it was the responsibility of the local public to handle them.
The chief minister said that Ramgarh had become a good tourist spot. He said earlier it was a dilapidated place but now it had been developed into a tourist centre due to which films were being shot here.
