Bilaspur eases out lockdown

All shops, malls, commercial establishments, super markets, fruit and vegetable markets, showrooms, liquor shops, salons, beauty parlours, spa, parks and gyms here can open till 8 pm from Monday to Saturday.

But they will have to shut at 2 pm on Sundays, said an order issued by Bilaspur Collector Dr Saransh Mittar, further unlocking the Bilaspur district in view of the improving situation vis-a-vis Covid-19.

The salon and beauty parlours can open till 8 pm on Sundays.

Home delivery, take away, online and telephonic orders from clubs, hotels and restaurants will be allowed till 10 pm. This will be applicable to in-house dining with 50 percent capacity too.

Lockdown will be effective on Sunday after 2 pm barring for emergency activities.

On May 16, Raipur Collector Saurabh Kumar had already issued a similar order for unlocking the Raipur district.
