Only mass participation ensures development: CM

The development of a society takes place only when there is participation by everyone, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said on Sunday.

He was addressing the 51st Central Convention of Chandranahun Kurmi Kshatriya Samaj (Chhattisgarh), organized at the Shantribai School premises in Mahasamund.

He inaugurated additional construction on the second floor of Chandrodaya Public School and Shantribai Mahavidyalaya. The construction will be done at a cost of Rs 70 lakhs.

The Chief Minister said that ancestors and personalities of the community made valuable contribution in areas like education, agriculture, cooperatives and social reforms.
