Step up membership drive, says Punia

AICC Chhattisgarh in-charge P.L. Punia on Thursday told district Congress units to speed up the membership drive wherever he noticed the pace was slow.

Punia gave the instruction while reviewing the membership drive of district units from the party control room here.

Punia also took information from the district units about the reorganization of booth committees, a media communique said.

The Congress in Chhattisgarh has been told to enroll 10 Lakh members ahead of the Assembly polls in 2023.

PCC chief Mohan Markam renewed the membership drive in Kondagaon district.
