Chhattisgarh Congress Government Ahead in Ram Vangaman Path Project

Raipur: CM Bhupesh Baghel initiated steps to honor Shri Ram as it is set to commence the Ram Vangaman Path in July. The Central Government is actively taking steps to construct Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya. This will happen even before the installation of the statue in Ayodhya. As part of this ambitious project, statues of Lord Ram, ranging from 7 to 25 feet tall, have already been installed at 25 locations along the path. Statues have already been installed at Chandkhuri, Shivninarayan, and Rajim, with work underway at Sitamarhi-Harchauka, Ramgarh, and Champaran.
The installation of statues is in progress, and plans are underway to develop an additional 10 sites associated with Lord Ram July. These sites will feature audio-visual representations depicting the life of Lord Ram, from his birth to his exile.

According to project in-charge Anuradha Dubey, Chandkhuri, one of the destinations along the Ram Vangaman Path, has witnessed a significant increase in tour footfall, approximately 10 times higher. June, Lord Shri Ram’s idol will be installed at seven more locations, and the Ram Vangaman Path will officially commence in July.
With assembly elections scheduled in Chhattisgarh within the next six months, the Bhupesh government is determined to showcase its ambitious Ram Vangaman Path project. The government is also planning to announce the development of 10 to 15 new locations associated with Lord Ram before the elections, further emphasizing their commitment to the cause. While the BJP intends to make the Ayodhya temple installation a focal point in the upcoming Lok Sabha, Chhattisgarh has already taken substantial strides in this regard.
