Cong MLAs need introspection :CM
Congress MLAs need to introspect their performance by self-analysis in their assembly constituencies. Now, there is time to rectify shortcomings and bring in improvement, said Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Sunday.
Interacting with the media here, he said the Congress had conducted a survey of the 90 assembly constituencies and a report has been received.
“I cannot reveal the content of the report but the Congress MLAs also need to analyze their performance in their respective constituencies.
“One cannot name the MLAs but there is time left to better the scale,” he added.
“I would be visiting each assembly constituency and reviewing the implementation of various schemes by interacting with people and officials including public representatives,” he said.
“I had been claiming earlier also that the country is heading for an energy crisis. It is the reason that passenger trains are being withdrawn and goods trains are being allowed to run,” he said.
On the performance of the state government, he said the performance is reflected in the national awards which the state has won in the last three years.
