Entry Rules for Finance Dept Revised; Effective from Monday

State adminration issues fresh entry rules into Mantralaya ( Mahanadi Bhawan).The employees will have to present identity cards on arrival.The revision came in view of the declining COVID cases.

Raipur: The State Govt has issued fresh guidelines for entry into the Finance Dept ( Mahanadi Bhawan) effective from Monday onwards. A letter illustrating the new rules was forwarded to all Additional Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries and Secretaries of all departments.
The revision of norms came in the view of the plateauing cases of COVID-19 across the state. However, the state authorities have appealed to people to be mindful of their activities and interactions.
Currently, the office is functioning with full capacity on clear instructions to all employees to abide the standard COVID norms. Apart from these, the employees will have to present an entry card issued the Minry Security Office. Employees from other offices would have to seek permission from the secretary of the department citing the reasons. Other visitors and the public would be issued daily admit cards the Security office. Like earlier, the visiting hours are from 2 pm to 4:30 pm.
