RAIPUR: Maoists killed a tribal man during a ‘jan adalat’ after suspecting him to be a police informer in restive Bijapur district of Bastar region, on Thursday.
The body of the deceased villager, identified as Chaitu Uika, 27, was recovered by security forces from near Chokanpal village on Thursday.
Bijapur police said that according to preliminary information, a group of armed ultras had abducted Uika from his native place in Kamkanar village.
