Naxals Set Ablaze Three Construction Vehicles in CGs Bijapur

BIJAPUR: Naxals in Bijapur torched three sand trucks on Tuesday said an official. As per inputs armed maos set ablaze a tipper and two sand trucks that were sent to a construction site two kms away from the Kodepal camp.
Additional SP Chandrakant Gavarna confirming the attack said that no casualties were reported, however the vehicles were charred to ashes. The incident was reported to the Named police station area following which emergency teams were deployed.
Labourers claimed that the maos also intimated them. The injured were immediately rushed to the near hospital.
A probe into the attack has been launched, the officer added.
