Nearly 3.5 crore Covid-19 jabs administered in C’garh

The Covid-19 vaccination drive is being conducted in full swing in Chhattisgarh. with 3,49,62,805 jabs administered across the state till January 30 in all age groups.

This includes the first, second and the precautionary doses, an official statement said on Monday.

The statement said a total of 1,42,29,367 adult citizens have been vaccinated with both the doses in the state.

In Chhattisgarh, 72 percent of the population aged above 18 years have been vaccinated with both the doses whereas 2,35,308 health workers, frontline workers and people above 60 years of age in the state have got the booster dose, it said.

Around 99 percent of the population aged above 18 years and 60 percent in the age group 15-18 years have been vaccinated with the first dose.
