Nephews have special place in C’garh: Baghel
Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Sunday said that nephews have a special importance in Chhattisgarh’s family structure.
He said after offering prayers at the Mata Kaushalya temple at Chandkhuri here that he wished for the happiness and prosperity of all the people of the state.
He said as ‘Mata Kaushalya’ hailed from Chhattisgarh, it is therefore Lord Ram’s maternal grandmother’s home and hence the relationship of a nephew.
That is why in the family fabric of the state, nephew is given special importance. People have more attachment towards their nephews.
He threw light on the development of sites where Lord Ram had passed during his exile period. After the development of Mata Kaushalya temple, people from Raipur, Durg-Bhilai and other cities arrive on weekends.
