Nursery Section to be Introduced in Swami Atmanand Schools

Both Hindi and English medium schools to have nursery classes.Each class to have 40 children, overall 8,120 seats to be available.Montessori trained teachers to be hired.

Raipur: The CG govt has announced to introduce nursery sections in both Swami Atmanand English as well as Hindi medium schools.

The announcement was made through a notice issued the Department of School Education addressing collectors of dricts. This is for the first time that the govt schools would provide nursery education.

The govt has instructed all collectors to immediately start the process of set-up.The order released , Saroj Uikey gave detailed information about the recent development .

As per the notice, special rooms will be set up for nursery classes, toys and other material would be made available, Montessori trained teachers will be deployed the department. Apart from this, the govt has also decided to engage a ayaa, for the children. The classroom will accommodate around 40 children. Currently, 171 Swami Atmanand Excellent English Medium Schools are operating in the state, in addition to this, 32 Swami Atmanand Excellent Hindi Medium Schools are proposed to be started from the academic session 2022-23.
