Singh Deo says Modi government not cooperative

Chhattisgarh Health Minister T.S. Singh Deo on Sunday accused the Modi government of not cooperating with the state in combating Covid-19.He said this at a virtual meeting of All India Congress Committee (AICC).

Singh Deo said in a statement that amid an economic crisis due to the pandemic, states have been left on their own to arrange for vaccines.

He said the government have increased the ICU beds 10-fold, HDU beds more than 20-fold and arranged new 6,310 oxygen beds. The total beds in hospitals in the state have now been increased to 21,565.
