The Great Chhattisgarh Run on 13Nov; Details Out
The Great Chhattisgarh run to be held on November 13th.The AIMS-IAAF certified run is sponsored the Narayana Hospital Raipur.This time the marathon will have 42 km race for the first time.
Raipur : Central India is going to witness the longest ever marathon on November 13th. Under the sponsorship of Narayana Hospital, Devendra Nagar, Raipur Chhattisgarh is going to host a marathon of 42 km.
Head of the organization Dr. Vinay Tiwari and Race Coordinator Sunil Aggarwal has stated that the mega run would have four tracks of 6 km, 10 km and 21 km. As many as 3000 participants are expected to participate in thr race. The routes offered are 6KM – Dream Run, 10KM – Beginners Delight, 21K Half Marathon and 42K MARATHON.
The Great Chhattisgarh Run is the flagship run of CG’s first runners’ community LetsRun. TGCG is a yearly event that happens in Raipur capital of Chhattisgarh. It offers a wonderful run experience for runners. It has widest roads which are clean and flat with minimal turns. 42KM track has only 12 turns. This year the run will be 2x 21 track offering world class track and super support.
The route is scenic with fields clear sky and lakes. Chhattisgarh offers variety of places to visit pre or post run event as part of your tour plan.
The runs are certified AIMS (Association of International Marathons and Dance Races) & IAAF (International Association of Athletics Federations)
